Gourav Tiles

We’re located at Plot No. 98A in the Old Industrial Area. It’s a rugged neighborhood with a lot of heavy trucks moving through the streets all day long. Our yard is filled with stacks of tiles of all different kinds. We’ve been in this spot for many years now. It’s not a polished showroom like you might see in a big mall. Everything here is practical. We keep the tiles in their original crates, and when a customer comes by, we just walk out into the yard to show them what we have. It can get pretty hot and dusty out there in the sun, but that’s just how we work. Most of our customers are local builders or people who are doing their own home renovations. They like that they can just pull their truck right up to the stacks. My brother and I handle most of the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading, which is good exercise if nothing else. The office is just a small room where we keep our ledgers and some samples. We don’t have any high-tech displays or fancy sales staff. We just tell people the price and help them load their vehicles. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We know our tiles and we know our customers, and that’s enough for us.
