Our group, Devaashva Agrotech Producer Company Limited, is based at Subhadrabai Panditrao More’s place in Golapangri. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s always something happening with the fields nearby. We started this because we saw a need for farmers in our area to stick together. Dealing with the markets and the weather is a lot to handle on your own. So, we set up here. It’s not a corporate building, just a local home where we meet and talk. We discuss things like what fertilizer is working or how the harvest is looking this season. Sometimes we sit outside and just talk about the day. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing team. We just focus on what’s in front of us. If a neighbor has a problem with their crop, we see if someone else knows a fix. That’s the whole point of being a producer company. We want to make sure the work we do in Golapangri actually stays here and helps the families living around us. It’s been a learning process for all of us. We make mistakes, but we keep going.
