We are located in Nipana, right near the Jagdamba Mata Mandir. Our office is at House Number 72 in the Maratha Vasti area. It’s a local operation, mostly run by the family and some neighbors who live nearby. We deal with agro products and helping out the farmers around this village. It’s a small house that we use for the company work. You can hear the temple bells from our desk throughout the day. We started this because the farmers here needed a better way to organize their business. It isn't a professional setup like you see in the big cities. We have some desks, a few chairs, and lots of paper registers. People stop by to talk about their harvests or to ask for advice on what to plant next. We don't have a marketing budget or a sales team to promote things. It is just us doing the daily chores. Sometimes the power goes out for hours, so we sit outside and talk until it comes back. We know everyone in the Maratha Vasti, so it feels more like a community center than a real company office. We handle things as they come. If a tractor breaks down or the seeds don't arrive on time, we all figure it out together. That is just how we do things here in Nipana. It's a humble place, but we get the job done for our members without any fuss or fancy talk. We don't have a website or an app. We just talk to people face to face. It's basic but it works for us.
