Softmint Digital Services Private Limited is based in Tola-Kolgama, which is part of Tilakpur in Sultanganj, Bhagalpur. We operate out of Anil Kumar Ray’s house in Ward Number 5. It is a typical local setup where work and life kind of blend together. We are in the digital services business, which means we spend a lot of hours looking at screens. Bhagalpur is known for many things, and we are just adding a little bit of tech to the mix. Our team is made up of local people who didn't want to leave for the big city. We set up our desks and computers in a few rooms and started working. We don't have a HR department or a marketing manager. We just handle the tasks as they come in. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but we stay focused on getting it done. The neighborhood is friendly, and people often stop by to see what we are up to. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises that we can't keep. We just do our best with the digital work we are given. It’s a modest operation, but it keeps us busy and allows us to stay close to our families. We like the way we have things set up here. It is practical and straightforward. We’ve been at this for a while now and don't plan on changing our ways anytime soon. It just works for us.
