We are based out of Nathnagar in the Piparpanti area. It is a local setup where we handle internet connections and networking for the people around here. The office isn't much to look at, just a place for us to keep our equipment and for customers to come by if they have a problem with their bill or their signal. Being in Nathnagar, we know the layout of the streets pretty well since we are always out there climbing poles or running wires to new houses. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is bad and the lines get damaged. We have a small team, and we all pretty much do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out on site visits. Sometimes the connection drops and people get upset, which we understand, so we just try to get it back up as fast as we can. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers are just our neighbors who need to get online for school or work. We’ve seen the area grow a lot over the years, and we’ve tried to keep up with the demand for better speeds. It’s a simple business, and we just want to make sure the internet stays working for everyone in Piparpanti. We are usually around the shop if anyone needs to drop in and talk to us about their connection.
