Roy Enterprises

Roy Enterprises is located right at Sarvodhya Nagar Chowk in Bishnupur. It’s a family-run thing, really. Prabhakar Kumar Roy runs the show, and we operate out of the space provided by Prabhat Kumar. Bishnupur is a quiet enough place, but our spot at the chowk sees a lot of activity throughout the day. People are always passing by on their way to work or the market. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the locals know our faces by now. We don't have any big corporate goals or stuff like that. We just try to provide what people need and make a living. Sometimes it’s busy, and sometimes we’re just sitting around talking while we wait for the next person to come in. The building isn't brand new, and we’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the monsoon rains. It’s got a bit of character, you could say. We use simple tools and keep things straightforward. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us sitting near the entrance. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try not to let things get too messy. It’s just a normal business in a normal town. We like being part of the community here in Sarvodhya Nagar. It’s not about being the best; it’s just about being reliable and being there when the doors open every morning at nine.
