We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to people and get the job done. My neighbor helps me with the bookkeeping on the weekends. We started this because the local farmers needed a place to get their food products processed and moved. It's a lot of hard work and the margins aren't always great, but it keeps us going. We've known most of the people around Rahandia since we were kids. It feels more like a community project than a big business sometimes. We don't have a website or anything like that. If people want to find us, they just come to the plot in Rahandia.
