Baba Sidheswar Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Kadabarangbonth, which is in the Bhadrak district. Rameswar Bharati is our main contact person there. This whole thing started because a bunch of us realized that we were all facing the same problems with our crops and the buyers. We figured it would be smarter to just join up and see if we could get things organized. Bhadrak is a place where agriculture is the main thing people know, so we aren't doing anything new, we are just doing it together now. Our daily routine is mostly about checking on the progress of what’s growing and making sure the logistics aren't falling apart. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports for us. We just keep our own notes and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, especially during harvest time, but we all pitch in to get it done. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it’s exhausting sometimes. We don't spend much time worrying about looking professional or sounding like a big company. We are just farmers who live in the same neighborhood and want to make sure our work counts for something.
