Sandeeppatra

I am Sandeeppatra and I operate from Krushna Nagar, 3rd Lane in Lanjipalli. You can find me c/o P.C. Patra here in Berhampur, which is in the Ganjam district of Orissa. It’s a nice, quiet lane for the most part, away from the main noise of the town. I’ve lived in Orissa all my life and decided to start this small business right here at home. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby or a secretary. I just use a room in the house to manage all my tasks. It’s a bit informal, sure, but the work gets done just the same. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens. Sometimes my family is around while I’m working, which is just part of the deal when you work from home. I don't really do any advertising. Most of my clients are people from around Berhampur who have heard about me from someone else. I like the pace of life here. It’s not as fast as the big cities, and that suits the way I like to work. I don’t have a big philosophy about what I do. I just try to be helpful and earn a living. The weather can get quite hot in the summer, so I usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. It’s a basic life, but it’s mine, and I’m happy to be doing this work in my own neighborhood for local people.
