Zync Fine Dinning Restarunt

We are over here on Bowring Hospital Road, right behind Safina Plaza. We call the place Zync Fine Dinning Restarunt. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our time getting ready for the lunch rush because a lot of people come over from the hospital or the shops nearby. The street can get a bit crowded with cars and bikes, but we are easy enough to find if you know where Safina Plaza is located. Inside, it is just us working away. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a local spot where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather in Bangalore gets rainy and everyone crowds inside to stay dry. We have been at No 8 for a while now. The kitchen is small but we make it work. We see a lot of regular people who live around here or work in the offices on the main road. We do not really do much fancy stuff. We just open up in the morning and stay until we are finished for the day. There is usually some noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We just wanted a place where people could eat without too much fuss. That is basically who we are and what we do every day behind the plaza.
