Our office at Sankarayatra. Com is tucked away on 8th Cross, just off New BEL Road. It's actually right behind the Punjab National Bank, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone coming by for the first time. The building is at number 64, and it’s a busy little area. We deal with travel planning mostly, so there’s a lot of talking about routes and schedules all day long. The noise from the main road usually filters in, but it’s not too bad once you get used to it. People drop in to ask about different trips, and we spend a lot of time on the phones checking things. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few people waiting, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we know the neighborhood pretty well now. There are some good tea shops nearby for when we need a break. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls; it’s just a regular office where we get the work done. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the traffic on New BEL Road makes someone late for a meeting, but that’s life in Bangalore. We just keep track of the bookings and try to make sure everything is lined up right for the travelers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication every day.
