Travel Point Cabs

Travel Point Cabs is located at 1142 23Rd Cross, 23Rd Main, 2Nd Sector in HSR Layout. HSR is a large neighborhood with several sectors, and we have been in the 2nd Sector for a long time. Our office is a busy little hub where the phones never seem to stop ringing. We have a few desks where we keep track of all the cab movements and driver schedules. It can get a bit hectic when several bookings come in at the same time. The walls are covered with maps and some old notes taped up for the drivers to see. We don't have a luxury lounge for people to wait in. It’s a working office where we manage the logistics of getting people from one place to another. Outside, the 23rd Cross is usually lined with our cars waiting for their next trip. HSR Layout has a lot of traffic these days, so we spend a lot of time checking the routes. We know the area like the back of our hands. The drivers come in to hand over their logs and grab a quick cup of tea before heading back out. We don't use any fancy apps or high-tech systems for everything. A lot of it is just done with pen and paper and a lot of phone calls. It’s a 24-hour job and someone is always here to answer. We just focus on keeping the cars on the road and making sure the drivers know where they are going. There is always a pot of coffee brewing in the corner.
