Zoom Airport Express

We are Zoom Airport Express, and our office is at 204, Gangothri Apts on Gangadhar Chetty Road. We’re lucky enough to be facing Ulsoor Lake, which is one of the nicer views you can get in Bangalore. Even though the view is good, we don't spend much time looking out the window because the airport run business keeps us moving. Our spot in Ulsoor is central, which helps with coordinating the cars and drivers. The office itself is just a regular apartment room turned into a workspace. We have maps on the wall and a lot of chargers for all the phones we use to track flights and pickups. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s how it goes in transport. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms and scripts. We’re just a team that knows the roads of Bangalore and how to get to the airport without getting stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes the cars need maintenance or a driver is late because of rain, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s a lot of real-world problem-solving every single day. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just come in, and someone will help you. We’ve been at Gangothri Apts for a good stretch now, and we’ve become a fixture in the local Ulsoor area. It’s just how we do things.
