We are located at 200 B New BEL Road, specifically on West Park Road. If you are coming this way, we are right next to M S Ramaiah Hospital. It’s a busy corner of the world. There are always people walking back and forth from the hospital, so the street never really stays quiet. Our office is a simple one, tucked away but easy enough to find if you are looking for the sign. We spend our days looking at bus timings and flight schedules on the old monitors we have. There’s a park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk when things get too stressful inside. The building itself is an older one, so the walls have a few marks and the floorboards sometimes creak under your feet. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or big displays. It’s just us sitting here, answering the phone and writing down details in our notebooks. We get all sorts of people coming in, some looking for a quick trip and others planning something much longer. The traffic on New BEL Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually stay a bit late until it clears up. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about the extent of our luxuries here. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things organized for people who need to get somewhere. Most of the time, it is just a matter of checking dates and prices until something fits.
