Zion Estates

Our place is located at 1599 Indira Nagar. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a while now. We deal with houses and apartments mostly. People come in looking to rent a place or sometimes to sell their old family home. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people rooms that they might or might not like. My shoes get worn out pretty fast from all the stairs I climb. The office is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a desk that’s usually covered in printed listings. We don't have any of those big shiny displays. We just talk to people and try to understand what they are looking for in a home. Indira Nagar has changed a lot since we started; there are so many more shops and cars now. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good spot that’s quiet, but we know the backstreets pretty well. We aren’t some corporate firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with landlords and tenants, trying to get everyone on the same page. It can be a bit tiring when a deal falls through at the last minute, but that’s just how the housing market goes. We just keep showing up every morning and seeing who walks through the door, hoping we can help them find a place where they feel comfortable living for a while.
