Nikhara Group

Nikhara Group is located at No. 27 on 10th Main in Srinagar. We are right near the bus terminus in Banashankari 1st Stage. Being so close to the bus terminus means there is never a quiet moment. There are always buses pulling in and out, and people rushing around to catch their rides. Our building is a standard one for this area, nothing that really stands out from the street. We’ve got our office on the 10th Main, and it’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops and small businesses. Inside, the space is divided up to handle our different tasks. It’s a bit cramped because we have quite a few people working here and lots of files and equipment. We don't have a lobby or a waiting room with magazines. If you come to see us, you’ll likely just walk right into the middle of whatever we are working on. The noise from the street is something we’ve just learned to ignore. Sometimes we have to step outside to take a phone call because it gets a bit loud inside. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy for people to find once they get to the Srinagar bus stop. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still at the same spot at No. 27.
