Emmar Developers

We’re over at H. No. 3 4 in BTM 1st Stage, right opposite the BTM water tank. Emmar Developers is a small operation, mostly focused on local building projects. Our office is on the ground floor, and you can’t miss it if you’re looking for the water tank. We have blueprints rolled up on almost every flat surface. There’s usually dust on the shoes because we spend half the day at construction sites. It’s a lot of talking to contractors and checking on materials. The neighborhood is always active, and the water tank is a huge landmark for everyone in the area, so we never have to give long directions. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a couple of rooms where we meet people to talk about their houses or plots of land. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s dead silent. We handle the permits and the planning, which involves a lot of trips to the local offices. It’s honest work, even if it gets messy with the mud and the cement. We’ve been in the BTM area for a good while, so we know how the ground is around here. People stop in to ask about prices or just to see how a project is coming along. We try to be direct about things. Building stuff takes time and there are always delays you don’t expect.
