Vijetha Life Spaces

You can find us at Dwaraka, No. 40/1 on 14th Cross, which is right behind Hotel Rajesh in Vyalikaval. It’s a nice old part of town, though it can get a little crowded when the hotel has a big event. Vijetha Life Spaces is really just about the buildings and the land. We spend a lot of our time looking at sites and talking to contractors or people who are looking for a place to live. It isn’t always easy work, especially with all the paperwork and local rules you have to follow, but we stay busy. The office is pretty low-key. We have a few desks, some blueprints rolled up in corners, and usually someone making coffee. We don’t really go for those big, shiny brochures you see from the huge developers. We prefer just talking to people face-to-face. If someone wants to know about a property, we tell them what we know, the good and the bad. Being in Vyalikaval for this long means we know the streets and the people around here pretty well. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to build decent spaces where people can actually live and feel comfortable. It’s been a long road, and we just keep at it, one project at a time, right here from our 14th Cross office, making sure the foundations are solid.
