Working from a residential-style complex like this is a bit different than a standard office building, but we like it. It feels a bit more relaxed. Bannerghatta Road is always crowded, as anyone in Bangalore can tell you. But once you get inside, it’s actually quite peaceful. We do a lot of tech development here. It’s mostly coding and testing things out. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of people. We’re small, and that lets us focus more on the actual work instead of sitting in meetings all day. We have a small setup with the basics. Computers, a decent internet connection, and enough chairs for everyone. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a guy in a suit waiting at the door. It's just us. We spend most of our time solving puzzles, which is basically what programming is. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and then find the answer while having a snack. That’s just how it goes. We’ve been based here for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the local shops for tea and snacks. It’s a good place to work. We just focus on doing a good job without all the extra fluff and corporate nonsense. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
