Zentrum & Makers Inc

Our place is called Zentrum & Makers, and we are tucked away in the Dhatri Shivashankari Enclave over in Uttarahalli. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it is actually a pretty nice spot once you get here. We are in unit 12, G3. It is a quiet part of Karnataka, at least compared to the middle of the city. We have a lot of tools and making stuff lying around because that is just the nature of what we do. It is not the kind of office where everything is perfectly neat and tidy. There is usually some sawdust or scraps of material on the workbenches. We like it that way because it shows things are actually getting built. People come and go, working on different projects. Sometimes it is quiet and sometimes there is a lot of banging and noise from the machinery. The building itself is sturdy and keeps the heat out fairly well during the summer months. We have a small area where we sit and talk about designs or plans before we start the actual making part. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute is not too terrible. We just wanted a space where we could actually create things without being in a crowded corporate park. It feels more like a workshop than a business office, which is exactly how we intended it to be when we set up here.
