Invensys Skelta

You can find Invensys Skelta over at the Salarapuria Pouchhstone building. We’re right across from New Horigon College on the Outer Ring Road in Devarabihanahalli. It’s a big area with lots of buildings, but we’re tucked in there. The Outer Ring Road is always jammed with cars, so we spend a lot of time watching the traffic from the windows. We work on software and systems here. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and looking at screens for most of the day. The office is pretty standard—cubicles, a small break area, and a lot of wires. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just have tasks to finish and deadlines that sometimes make us stay late. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons. Sometimes we walk over to the college area to get a snack. We’ve been at this location for some time now. People come and go, but the core group stays. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep it casual among ourselves. No one really wears ties. We just try to get the code right and make sure the systems aren't crashing. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. Just the work that needs doing. We try to be helpful when people call, but mostly we are just focused on the computers.
