Zenon Esates Pvt Ltd is over in Koramangala. Our office is specifically at 140/C on the 3rd Cross in the SSI Area. If you know where the Chinmaya Vidyalaya is then finding us is easy because we are right opposite that school. This is the 5th Block part of Kormangala which usually stays pretty active during the day. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. The building is just a normal office space. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Most of the time we are busy with paperwork and looking at different properties in the city. It gets a bit crowded with parked cars on the street outside especially when the school across the road starts or finishes for the day. We just deal with the local estate work as it comes in. It is a small team here. We mostly know the regular people who walk by every day. The SSI Area has a lot of different businesses around us so there is always something going on. We keep our doors open and just handle the daily tasks without making a big fuss about it. It is a decent place to work from. Being in the 5th Block makes it convenient for most things we need to do. We don't use much fancy language about what we do. It is just real estate work done from our desk in Koramangala.
