You can find Zenith Software Ltd. over at Zenith House in the industrial layout of Koramangala. It’s at number 4, right in the heart of one of the busier parts of Bangalore. Being in the industrial area means it’s a bit more rugged than the fancy tech parks, but we prefer it that way. The building is solid, and we’ve got enough space for everyone to spread out a bit. We spend our days dealing with software, mostly the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don’t usually think about until it stops working. Our team is a mix of young graduates and people who have been in the industry since before the internet was a big deal. It makes for some interesting conversations during the tea breaks. We don’t bother with fancy mission statements or wall art that tries to be inspiring. Instead, we have a lot of monitors and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. The traffic in Koramangala is a nightmare, so we’re usually all in pretty early to beat the worst of it. Once we are inside, it’s just about focusing on the code and making sure the projects stay on track. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't try to be something we aren't; we are just a group of people who enjoy solving technical problems and getting through the work week together without too much fuss.
