Zam Zam Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of everything on Mahatma Gandhi Road. We are situated on the first floor of the Public Utility Building, which is that tall one right next to Mayo Hall. It’s always buzzing with activity around here because M G Road is such a central spot. Inside our office, we are usually busy with passports, visa applications, and flight schedules. People come to us when they are planning a big trip, whether it’s for a holiday or for religious reasons. It can get a bit chaotic with the phones ringing and people waiting their turn, but we try to keep things moving. We have maps and brochures scattered around, and the walls are covered with posters of different cities. We’ve been here for quite a while, so we know the ins and outs of travel bookings pretty well. It’s not a glamorous job; there is a lot of waiting on hold with airlines and double-checking dates. We just try to make the process a bit easier for people who aren't used to booking everything online themselves. It’s a convenient location for anyone working or shopping in the city center. We stay open until the evening, helping travelers figure out their plans one ticket at a time. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old way, but we always manage to get the bookings done for our customers.
