We are located at 249 Nagawara, right on JP Road inside the Pillanna Garden Complex. It is one of those buildings where you have to know where you are going or you might miss the entrance. The complex has a few other shops and offices, so there is always someone walking around the hallways. Being on JP Road means there is a lot of movement outside. We deal with various things here, mostly just handling the daily tasks that come with being in this part of Nagawara. It’s not a quiet place, especially during the peak hours when everyone is trying to get somewhere else. The office itself is quite simple. We have the basic stuff we need, like desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don’t really go for the modern look. It is more about having a space to get things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk while we wait. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know each other’s habits. We usually get our tea from the small stall nearby. It’s a routine that works for us. We don’t really bother with big advertisements or anything like that. Most people who come here are locals or people who were told about us by someone else. It is a practical way to run a business without too much fuss.
