We're down here at Infant Jesus Villa near Hanuman Garden. Most folks know us by the furniture shop in Neelsandra because it's a big landmark around here. We've been running this restaurant for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, especially during the lunch hours. Some days are loud and crowded, while other times it’s just a few regulars sitting in the corner. We just show up every morning and start the prep work. My cousin helps out sometimes, and we try to keep things moving as best as we can. It isn't a fancy place with white tablecloths or anything like that. Just some sturdy chairs, tables, and the food we make. People come in from the neighborhood after a long day at work. Sometimes the traffic outside is a total nightmare, especially right near the furniture place, but once you’re inside it’s okay. We handle the paperwork for the Yum Restaurant private limited side of things in a small back office. It gets a bit messy with all the receipts and bills piled up. We've got a small kitchen that gets pretty hot in there during the rush. We don't have a massive neon sign out front, just a small one that gets the job done. If you find the Hanuman Garden area, you're pretty much there already. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch crowd leaves for the day. It’s a simple life.
