Our office is Yum International Restaurants (India) Pvt.Ltd. We are located C/O Kalamma at 65, 11th Main. This is in AK Colony, Mathikere, Bangalore - 54. It’s a busy part of the city. The 11th Main road always has something going on. We are tucked away in AK Colony. The building belongs to Kalamma, and we have our space inside. It is a functional area where we handle the restaurant business side of things. Mathikere is a place with a lot of students and workers, so the energy is always high. We don't have a big glass front or a reception desk. It’s more of a workspace where the real work happens every day. We spend our days looking at papers and talking on the phone. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been at 65, 11th Main for a while now. It’s a reliable spot for us. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor. It is just desks and some old fans that creak a little when they are on high. We are just a team trying to keep things moving for the restaurants. Bangalore 54 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a very grounded environment for us. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just do it. There is always a lot of tea drinking while we work. It helps us get through the afternoon tasks.
