Yo China

This is our Bangalore branch. We are in Karnataka, zip code 560045. It’s a standard spot for us. We do Chinese food, mostly for people in the local area. The kitchen is the main part of the building. It’s always busy with the smell of ginger and garlic in the air. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We just serve noodles and rice and all the usual things people like to eat. The staff here is a mix of people. We’ve got some who have been here years and some new faces too. Bangalore is always changing, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We deal with a lot of delivery orders these days. The phone rings a lot. It’s not a quiet job. We have to keep the floors clean and the ingredients fresh. It’s just a restaurant business. We don't have a fancy page usually. People just know where we are. We show up, cook, and make sure everyone gets their food. It’s a simple life. No big speeches or promises. Just food in boxes or on plates. Sometimes the weather makes it hard for the delivery guys. But we keep going anyway. It’s what we do here in this part of Bangalore. We stay open late and just keep the stove going until the last order is done. That is our routine. We don't change much.
