We've been at House 17 on Suswagatam Marg for a while now. Most people around Ward 10 know where we are, right near the Hatkhola area. It isn't a huge place, just a regular spot in Biratnagar. We spend most of our days here working on whatever needs doing. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy, but it's home for us. My family lived in Morang for years before setting this up. We didn't want anything fancy, just a door that stays open for the neighbors. It’s funny how a simple name like Yes stuck, but it works for what we do. People drop by, we talk, and we get the job done. The house number is 17 if you're looking for it. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, just a brick building with a sign. We try to keep things quiet and straightforward. Usually, someone is around during the day. If you get lost near the Hatkhola ward, just ask around. Most folks know the way to this part of Suswagatam Marg. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling the daily stuff. It gets dusty in the summer and the rain hits the roof hard in monsoon, but we like it here. It's just a local place doing its thing in the middle of town. We don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we help whoever walks through our door. That’s how we’ve always done it.
