This place is basically run by Harish Kumar, and it’s located in the New Colony area of Bhadravathi. It’s a quiet residential spot mostly, and we work out of the DF25/B address. Being in the Shivamogga district, the weather gets really nice during the rains, though the humidity can be a lot sometimes. We don’t have a big sign or anything. It’s more of a local operation where people just know where to find Harish. Most of the neighbors are families who have lived here for years, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We keep things simple here. There isn't a team of fifty people or some high-tech office. It's just a room with some basic stuff where we handle whatever comes our way. The street isn't very wide, so parking can be a bit of a headache if more than one car shows up at the same time. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks from around the district. People stop by for all sorts of reasons. The house is easy to spot if you know the Swamy family name. We just go about our day, doing the work that needs doing without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork, but usually, we wrap up when the sun goes down. It's a humble way to work, and it suits the way things go in this part of Karnataka.
