Our shop is tucked away in Kumaraswamy Layout, right near the telephone exchange at No.428 on 94th Cross. It is a quiet enough part of Bangalore, though it gets busier during the commute hours. We went with the name Yes because it felt simple and didn't need much explaining. Most of our day is spent helping people who walk in with various needs. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just talk to folks like they are our neighbors, which many of them are. The office is a bit small, and sometimes we have to move chairs around just to make room for everyone. We have been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the layout change quite a bit as more houses went up. We keep a simple schedule. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and see who stops by. It is not the kind of place where people wear suits. We prefer it that way. If someone has a question, we try to answer it. If we can't help, we usually know someone nearby who can. It’s just about being useful in the community. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a friend. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps life a bit less complicated for everyone.
