Pratham Infotech is at No. 3 on the 2nd Main in Santhosh Nagar. We are right in the Attur Layout New Town area, just opposite the Blue Bell School. You can usually hear the kids playing during recess when the windows are open. Our office is a small room filled with hardware, monitors, and various cables tangling on the floor. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are inside. We mostly fix computers and help people with software problems. It’s a neighborhood shop, so we get a lot of students and families from around the layout coming in. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s more of a workshop where things are taken apart and put back together. Sometimes the shelves are overflowing with old motherboards and spare parts we’ve kept just in case. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, trying to figure out why a machine isn't booting up. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The commute to Santhosh Nagar isn't too bad if you avoid the main roads at peak hours. We’ve got a small sign outside so people can find us, but most folks just know we are across from the school. We aren't a big tech company with millions in funding. We’re just a local spot where you can get your laptop looked at without a lot of hassle. We usually stay open late to finish up whatever is on the bench.
