You can find our office at 103 Mahalakshmi Layout on Navghar Road. We are in Bhayandar East, quite close to the Shankarnag Cinema. On weekends, the whole street gets crowded with people going to the movies, so it can be hard to park. We have been doing tours and travel bookings from this little spot for some time now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a couple of computers, and stacks of old bus schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to confirm bookings or checking if a hotel has a spare room. It can get a bit stressful when a flight is delayed and we have to reorganize everything, but that is just part of the job. I usually have a few maps spread out on my table. We don't have any big marketing slogans. Most of the people who come to us are just locals looking to go on a pilgrimage or a family holiday. We sit and talk about where they want to go and what their budget is. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us time to chat with the customers about their families. It is a very normal, small-town office feel. We don't pretend to be a big international agency. We are just here on Navghar Road trying to help people get where they need to go. It isn't always smooth, but we do what we can.
