Most of our guests are just looking for a quiet spot that doesn't cost too much. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a gym. It's just a place to sleep and have a bit of peace. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for generations. We wake up early to get the water heaters going and make sure the common areas are swept. Sometimes the pipes act up or a light bulb goes out, but we fix it as fast as we can. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local spot. People like it because it’s close to the main markets and the station. We’re just regular folks running a place to stay. It gets noisy when the school nearby lets out, but otherwise, it's pretty calm. We've seen the city change a lot from this street.
