Xonix Systems Private Limited

Our office for Xonix Systems Private Limited is actually located inside Sobha Chrysanthemum. We are in Flat 2122. It’s on Thanisandra Main Road, which is a part of Bangalore that has seen a lot of growth lately. Working out of a residential complex gives things a different feel than a standard office building. It’s a bit quieter, though you still get the usual sounds of people living their lives nearby. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms of the flat. It’s a comfortable enough setup for our small team. We spend the day handling various system tasks and technical requirements. There isn't a big lobby or a sign out front, so you really have to know which door to knock on. We like being in Thanisandra because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city. We have our routine down. We start in the morning, work through our list of tasks, and take breaks when we need them. It's a very grounded way to run a business. There aren't any layers of management here to deal with. We just talk to each other across the room if something needs to get fixed. It's a practical, no-nonsense way to get through the work week. We’ve been here for some time now and it suits us just fine. It feels less like a corporate job and more like a real place.
