Xlphias Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 46 in the Ibrahim Unarbhag Layout. It’s tucked away off Kanakapura Road in the West J. P. Nagar area. It’s a nice part of town, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during peak hours. Our office is a bit hidden, which we actually like because it keeps things quiet. We’ve been working out of this space for a few years. It’s not a high-rise glass building or anything. Just a regular house that we converted into an office. We have desks set up in the different rooms. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up and get the coding and development done. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard when we need a break from the monitors. We aren't big on fancy meetings or using a lot of buzzwords. If something works, we use it. If it doesn't, we fix it. The people working here are just regular folks who enjoy solving puzzles. We often order food from the local places around J. P. Nagar when we are working late. We don't have a grand plan to change the world. We just want to build good software and keep our clients happy. That is pretty much our daily life here in the layout.
