Xiu Technology India Private Limited is set up in the Ibis Hotel block on Hosur Road. We are specifically located on the 1st and 2nd floors within the Regus office space. This is over in the Bommanahalli area of Bangalore, zip code 560068. Being on Hosur Road means we deal with a lot of traffic, but the location is very easy to point out to anyone visiting. We have been using this space for a while. It is a shared office environment, so we see people from all kinds of different companies in the hallways. Our part of the office is where the Xiu Technology team sits. We keep things pretty simple. There are no big posters or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to get work done. Karnataka can be hot, but the building stays cool enough. We usually spend our hours looking at screens and talking through problems. Bommanahalli is a busy hub, and being near the hotel means there are always people traveling in and out. We don't really have a big corporate story. We just needed a place to work, and this Regus spot on the first and second floors fit the bill. Most of us take the bus or use bikes to get here. It’s a standard office routine for us. We come in, do what needs doing, and then head back out into the Bangalore bustle. It’s a practical way to run a business in this city.
