Xiphias In

Being located on Bannerghatta Road means we deal with a lot of traffic sounds all day long. Our place is at 29/38, and if you are driving down this way, you know how it can be during peak hours. Inside, it is a bit quieter, but you can still hear the constant honking from the main road. We have a fairly simple setup here. There are several desks pushed together and a small area where we keep the water cooler and some old files. Most of our work is done on computers, so the place stays relatively clean, except for the occasional coffee mug left out. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with new buildings going up all around us. It is a functional space, nothing too elaborate or designed for show. We mostly just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay ahead of the things we need to finish. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the construction work nearby, which can be frustrating, but we just find something else to do until it comes back. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we all know each other's habits and how we like our tea. It is just a standard office environment where we put in our hours and then head home into the Bangalore traffic at the end of the day.
