Xiark Llp is our company name, though some might know the registered entity as That Extra Step Limited Liability Partnership. We are tucked away on Bharathiyar Road Cross in R S Palya. Our specific spot is number 11, a building called Harihara Krupa. It is right opposite Raindrops Tailors, which is a handy landmark when people are trying to find us for the first time. R S Palya is a busy little area with lots of narrow streets and local shops. We have been here for a while now. The office isn't big, but it’s ours. We spend most of our time inside working on whatever projects are on the desk. You can always hear the tailors across the street and the general noise of the neighborhood. It’s a very local atmosphere, not corporate at all. We like it that way. Most of the people working here live nearby or commute from other parts of the city. We have a simple setup at Xiark Llp. There are desks, some chairs, and a lot of coffee. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you just walk in. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. Being opposite a tailor shop means there is always someone coming and going. It keeps the street feeling alive while we focus on our work. It’s a humble place, but it works for what we do.
