Xfactr Softwares Private Limited is based out of Vani Mandiram in Subhash Nagara. It’s a bit different being here in Nekkilady compared to the big cities like Bangalore. We are down in the Dakshina Kannada district. Our address is #2/222. It’s a quiet area for the most part, which actually helps when you’re trying to focus on writing code or fixing bugs. The office is pretty modest. It’s just a place where a few of us sit down every day to work on software. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle fancy social media posts. We just know our way around computers. People in the neighborhood know us as the tech folks in the Vani Mandiram building. The pace of life here is a little slower, which we appreciate. Sometimes it's hard to explain to the locals what exactly we are doing on our screens all day, but they are friendly enough. We’ve been part of this community for some time now. We don't really have a big sign or anything like that outside. If you know where Subhash Nagara is, you can find us easily enough. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the work that comes our way. It’s a simple life, and the work keeps us challenged enough. We like the quiet surroundings here in the 574325 area and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else right now.
