We’ve been here in the basement of Harikrupa Shopping Centre for a while now. You’ve probably seen the sign for Xeta Infotech if you’ve ever gone to Shreyas Diagnostic Center just above us. It’s a busy spot in Jayanagar. Mostly, we spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It gets a bit quiet down here sometimes because of the basement location, but it stays cool when the weather outside is hot. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come down. We usually start our mornings by opening up the shop and checking what came in the day before. There’s always a pile of cables or some hardware sitting on the desk that needs attention. People around Jayanagar know we are here, and they just drop by when they have a problem. Sometimes the internet acts up, or a computer just won't turn on, and we see if we can do something about it. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of spare parts. We keep a regular schedule, though sometimes we stay late if a job is taking longer than we thought. It's just how it goes in this kind of work. We’ve grown used to the sounds from the street above.
