You can find Workuta Technology on the 3rd floor at No. 7A on Kammanahalli Main Road. We are right near the 5th cross, in the St. Thomas Town area. It’s a busy part of Bangalore with lots of people and shops around. Getting to the 3rd floor is a bit of a climb, especially when the elevator isn't working, which happens more than we’d like. Our office is a simple room filled with monitors, tangled wires, and some comfortable enough chairs. We are a small group of people who just like working with technology. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. Mostly, we just have sticky notes with reminders about projects and deadlines. The noise from the main road is always there in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days coding and trying to solve technical problems for our clients. It’s not flashy work, but it’s what we know how to do. Kammanahalli is a great place to be because there are so many food spots nearby for lunch. We don't really do formal meetings. If we need to talk, we just swivel our chairs around and have a chat. It’s a very relaxed environment, and we like keeping it that way. We just focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss or polished speeches.
