Working With Encore Software Ltd

I’m currently based at Working With Encore Software Ltd, which is right over in Indira Nagar. Specifically, we’re at H. No. -289 on the 4th Cross, 6th Main in HAL 3rd Stage. Bangalore is always crowded, but this little pocket of Indira Nagar is actually okay compared to the main roads. I spend most of my time staring at a screen, like everyone else in this industry. It’s a lot of code and debugging and trying to figure out why something crashed at 4 PM on a Friday. The office is in a residential-looking house converted for work, which gives it a bit of a different feel than those glass towers in the tech parks. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we drink too much coffee. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our calls, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have a big HR team or fancy catered lunches. We mostly just order in or go to the small shops nearby for some tiffin. It’s a quiet place for the most part. We work hard, but we aren't trying to be the next big thing or anything. We just handle the software contracts that come our way and try to keep the clients from getting annoyed. It’s a steady pace. Karnatka weather is usually nice enough that we keep the windows open when it's not too dusty outside. Just a normal tech job in a normal neighborhood.
