With Ggi At The Bial

We are based out of a spot on 1st Cross in Valmikinagar. It is right off Mysore Road in Bangalore, which means we deal with a lot of dust and noise from the heavy traffic. Syed Nadeem Ulla is the name associated with our place here. The office is pretty basic, just a room with some chairs and a couple of desks where we handle our daily business. Working near Mysore Road means you have to be okay with the constant movement of trucks and buses. We have been here for a while and have seen the flyovers and roads change quite a bit. It is a hard-working part of town and we fit right in. Most of us arrive early to beat the worst of the traffic. The atmosphere inside is pretty casual. We don't wear ties or anything like that. We just get on with the work that needs doing. Sometimes we have visitors who get a bit lost looking for the 1st Cross, so we spend a bit of time giving directions over the phone. There is a small tea stall at the corner where we usually gather in the mornings to talk before things get busy. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady and it keeps us occupied. We are just a local group doing our part in this big city, one day at a time.
