Wipro Infrastructure Engineering

We are based on the 5th floor of S.B. Towers at No. 88, right on M.G. Road in Bangalore. It’s a very busy part of the city, as anyone who lives here knows. Wipro Infrastructure Engineering deals with a lot of heavy-duty stuff, mostly hydraulics and specialized parts for big machinery. Our office is where the engineering plans and the business side of things come together. It’s not just computers; there are a lot of drawings and technical manuals lying around. We have a lot of engineers here who are usually deep in thought or arguing about a specific design. It can get pretty intense when a deadline is approaching. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the components we build actually hold up under pressure. Bangalore is a great place for engineering, though the traffic on M.G. Road is something we all complain about daily. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. The office is a bit crowded because we have so many files and prototypes. We aren't trying to sound like a polished tech startup. We’re more of a "get your hands dirty" kind of place, even if we are in a high-rise. We just do the work, look at the math, and try to build things that last. That’s what our days look like here.
