Konar Engineering Services

We’ve been here at B- 45 in Electrocity Phase- 1 for a while now. Most days it’s just us working through whatever engineering jobs come through the door. It gets busy, especially with the machines running. People know us as Konar Engineering Services, but we mostly just focus on the drawings and parts sitting on the benches. It’s not a fancy office. We have tools scattered around and sometimes it's hard to find a clean spot to sit, but that's just how the work goes. We started small. Just a few of us wanting to do things properly. The air conditioning in this part of Phase- 1 struggles during the summer, so we keep the fans going. We handle a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people, but it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up. It’s a lot of double-checking measurements and making sure the metals are right. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens on the floor. If you walk past B- 45, you’ll usually hear some banging or grinding noises. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors but it's an industrial area for a reason. There’s always someone drinking tea near the entrance around four. We just take things one project at a time here. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. Not much else to say really, we just stay busy.
