Pioneer Engineering

Our workshop is tucked away near Karnataka Bank on 8th Cross in HSR Layout. It’s right there on 27th Main, which gets really crowded in the evenings. Pioneer Engineering has been running from this spot for quite a while now. If you walk inside, you’ll probably see some metal scraps and machines taking up most of the floor space. It isn't the cleanest office in Bangalore, but that is just how engineering works go. We spend most of our day dealing with drawings and making sure the parts we make are actually what the customer asked for. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to start over, but that's just part of the daily routine. There’s usually some tea being shared around 4 o'clock while we discuss the next job. We handle various mechanical works and fabrication stuff for local businesses and some bigger factories too. HSR Layout has become so fancy lately with all the cafes, but we are just a practical shop doing our thing in the middle of it. Our team is small, just a few guys who know their way around a lathe and a welding torch. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a bit noisy with the machines running, but we are used to it by now and the neighbors don't seem to mind much.
