Winstral Software is tucked away in R.R. Nagar, over in the B.E.M.L 3rd Stage area. If you know the neighborhood, it is a pretty easy place to find. We have been here in Bangalore-98 for a good while. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and write code. We spend most of our time on computers, working through software problems and building things for our customers. It is a lot of focus and quiet work, though we do talk a lot when we are trying to figure out a bug. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people. It is just a small group of us who enjoy the work. The area around here is nice, not as loud as the city center. We get our work done and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the deadlines are a bit tight, but that is just the way software goes. We do not have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just do the job. People in the area might know us just as the software guys on the street. We have been in this spot long enough that we feel like part of the local scenery. It is a simple setup, and it works for what we need to do. Every day is a bit different depending on what our clients are asking for. It keeps us on our toes most of the time.
