Winceron Software Technologies Pvt Ltd is located in Basavanagar, specifically on Marol Military Road. The full address is 17, 9th Main, 17th Cross in Sector-7. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say when you’re giving directions over the phone. We are in a part of town that has a lot of movement. The office itself is on the 9th Main and it's where we spend most of our waking hours. We do software work, which mostly means a lot of staring at screens and typing away. It isn't a glamorous job but it pays the bills. The room we work in at Sector-7 is filled with monitors and cables running all over the floor. We tried to tidy them up once but it didn't last more than a day. There are about six of us here on a regular basis. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and opens it. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunches and the smell of curry usually fills the place around noon. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't have strict dress codes or anything. As long as the code works, nobody really cares what you’re wearing. It’s just how we operate here in Basavanagar.
