You can find us at Whitefield Physiotherapic Clinic, which is located in the Sai Sadhan building at No 625 on Church Road. We are situated right behind the Reliance Fresh, which makes it easy for people to find us while they are out doing their grocery shopping. Whitefield is a very busy area, but Church Road is slightly tucked away from the main madness of the IT parks. We have been here for some time now, working with people who have sports injuries or just general aches from sitting at a desk all day. The clinic is a straightforward setup with treatment tables and exercise equipment spread around. It’s a place where there is always some noise—the sound of the machines, people counting their reps, or just general chatter. We don't do anything flashy. It is mostly just hard work and consistency with the exercises. Patients come in from all over the Whitefield area, often complaining about the commute and the dust outside. We listen to their complaints while we help them with their movements. The building itself is a standard residential-commercial mix, and it has a very local feel to it. We aren't a big hospital chain, just a dedicated spot for people to come and work on their physical recovery. It’s a steady pace of work from morning till evening, six days a week. It is just a normal clinic doing normal physio stuff.
